You will learn the structure underlying all negotiations, identify the appropriate skills used in negotiations, practice these skills in a constructive learning environment and deliver a measurable improvement in your performance. The course uses a unique case play method to help you learn how to deal with scenarios specific to industry suppliers. Each case is reviewed and analysed by expert tutors who provide personal feedback.
A typical course participant on the Advanced Negotiating Skills program will average a ROI 10 times the course fee over a 3 month period. The skills learned on the program build better, longer lasting, meaningful relationships both internally and externally.
The course runs from Monday to Thursday with the following timetable:
Tuesday 8.15am to 6pm
Wednesday 8.15am to 6pm
Thursday 8.15am to 2pm
We can take a maximum of 12 participants per program and a maximum of 3 from one company.
